🌙 The Courage to Change the Things I Can ✨ My env 🌙 The Courage to Change the Things I Can ✨ My environment. I had to reclaim our home as Girl House. Lots of pink. Flowers. Crystals. Closets I took over. 🌗 I don’t want to forget that we created this life together, but I also don’t believe in causing myself mental harm. ✨ My internal narratives. Instead of “All the good men my age are already taken” I’m trying: “The second great love of my life is being worked on, just like me. What is meant for me will ALWAYS find me. I am worthy of love, connection, joy, and pleasure, with and without him.” ✨ My hair! It’s different than it was a year ago. During Shea’s daily chemo and radiation, I needed a hairstyle that would let me go longer between appointments, so I grew it out. It’s surprisingly empowering to make a small change during a big change. If you’re looking to practice a little courage with change, I invite you to try a cool hairstyle switch. Sometimes changing something small reminds you that you can change everything.
